Praetorius with traps

This is the ballet from the last post with a drum track added on the MBR. The Micro Boss sports 327 drum kit rhythms with names like "HEAVY1" and "H.Hp1". I decided I needed to understand this part of the device, so I picked a few random ones and made an arrangement with them.  Alas, the patterns are *all* 4/4, so they're assuming that modern pop is only in 4.  Who knew? I reckon this proves that I should use my talents for Good instead of Evil.

Gracieusement

From Recorder Consort 4. Naudot was a French composer, flutist, and typesetter. This I believe is from one of his flute concertos, although I can't be sure.  From Recorder Consort 4; duet for 2 alto recordcers

Whither Away so Fast

An arrangement  for SST recorders of Thomas Morley's famous canzonet from Recorder Consort 4  ( Steve Rosenberg, Boosey & Hawkes, 1995). My first attempt at editing out a page turn in Audacity. Not wholly successful. You can hear the top Soprano seem to come in a little early 'cause I didn't leave quite enough silence in. Hmm.

French, 14th century dance. SAT with tambourine track. Another possible song for the end of Mar.

Prince Edward's Pavane.  Played Alto-tenor-tenor-Bass.

Amaryllis

Another tune we might do at the end of March. From Playford I think.

Hole in the Wall

This dance is usually attributed to Henry Purcell.  This version is close to what we'll play end of March.

Menuet

Menuet from Recorder Consort 4 which we will play (hopefully getting the 1st note right) at the end of March.
